We operate websites, writing challenges, community spaces, print and digital publications, and educational content. By using our websites or participating in our programs, you agree to these terms.

• all emails and communication are sent to the parent’s email only
Parents are responsible for monitoring their child’s participation and all activity under their account.
Teens may create their own account with parental permission. A parent email will still be copied on important messages, including:
• publication notices
• community safety concerns
• submissions
• challenge results
• account concerns
Adults may freely create accounts, participate, purchase, or submit work.
To protect children, families, and vulnerable users, private messaging is prohibited in the PWE Community. Violators will be removed from the community. To report a user for direct messages, please call/text 803-709-7483 0r send an email to [email protected]

All community communication should occur through:
• public posts
• comments
• official announcements
• course discussions

This protects users from inappropriate or unsafe interactions.
In all spaces, including online forums, email interactions, submissions, and challenge participation, you agree to:
• use uplifting, family-friendly language
• avoid gossip, harassment, or criticism of others
• avoid explicit, dark, or harmful themes
• not bully, shame, or belittle anyone
• protect the safety and dignity of minors
• avoid divisive debates or arguments
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that do not align with these values.
If you create an account:
• Keep your login secure.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not share your password (except parents managing a child’s account).
We can suspend or remove accounts that violate our rules or put others at risk.
When you submit a poem, story, artwork, prompt response, or other creative piece, you agree to the following:
A) You keep full copyright.
Your work belongs to you. Always.
B) You grant White Fields Press LLC a limited permission to use your work.
Specifically:
We may use your submission:
• one time in a print or digital anthology
• on our websites or blogs
• in the PWE Community
• on social media
• in promotional materials
• in audio or video recordings
• in slideshows, reels, or challenge recaps
This permission is royalty-free and limited to promoting writing, challenges, and related ministry work.
C) No payment is given for submissions.
Participation is free. Publication is free. There is:
• no entry fee
• no compensation
• no royalties
• no shared profits
This keeps the challenge accessible and family-friendly.
D) Authors receive one free author copy.
You will receive:
• one free author copy (our guaranteed obligation)
• plus a PDF copy
• and the option to purchase discounted author copies (You may give away or sell your copies however you wish.) It is your responsibility to update your contact information to ensure delivery of these goods.
E) You guarantee your work is your own.
You agree that:
• you wrote it yourself
• it does not infringe someone else’s copyright
• you have permission if quoting anyone else
White Fields Press LLC is not responsible for plagiarism or copyright violations by participants.
We accept payments through:
• Stripe
• Square
• PayPal
• Printful
• BookVault
• CashApp
• Pubfunnels built-in processors
When you make a purchase, you authorize these providers to process your payment. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
Full refund policy appears later in this document, but here is the key summary:
• Print books: refunds only for damage, defects, or lost packages
• Digital downloads: all sales final
• Memberships: 7-day refund window (if we ever add a paid tier)
• Sponsorships: non-refundable
• Merch via Printful: refundable only if defective
• Anthology challenge entries: free, no purchases required
Some sites include affiliate links through Harvest Shelf or book recommendations.

• There is no extra cost to you.

We use third-party printers and distributors (Printful, BookVault). We cannot guarantee:
• delivery dates
• printing times
• manufacturing quality outside defect standards
But we will gladly help you resolve legitimate issues.
We do our best to maintain safe, functional websites, but:
• we cannot promise uninterrupted access
• we cannot guarantee error-free content
• you use our sites at your own discretion
• parents are responsible for their children’s online activity
We are not liable for:
• technology outages
• printing delays
• shipping issues
• misuse of the site by others

A) Under 13
Children under 13:
• may NOT create accounts
• must use a parent-managed account

B) Ages 13–17
Teens may create their own account with parental permission, but:
• important emails are sent to the parent too
• parents can review or request deletion of teen data
• no private messaging is allowed
• parents are responsible for supervising use
C) Parental rights under COPPA
Parents may:
• review what information we have
• request deletion of their child’s data
• withdraw consent at any time
• close a child’s access immediately

We use Pubfunnels’ built-in hosting, security, and encryption tools. Additionally:
• only authorized staff see submissions or personal information

If your work is selected for Celebrate Poetry or a blog/community feature, your name and submitted piece will appear publicly as specified by you. Pen Names and anonymous submissions are accepted as long as we have correct contact information for you to receive your goods.

We do not use invasive tracking tools.
We keep data only as long as needed to:

Share only your own creative work unless giving proper credit when quoting small excerpts for discussion. You are welcome to share previous work, as long as it is your work.
Unless specifically invited, do not post:

Teens must honor their parents’ wishes. Parents may request removal of their child’s comments, posts, or submissions at any time.

White Fields Press LLC is dedicated to providing a safe, wholesome, age-appropriate environment for young writers. Many children and teens participate in our poetry challenges, writing prompts, and family-friendly community activities. We take their safety very seriously. This policy explains how we protect minors using our websites and community spaces.
Parents or legal guardians are the primary supervisors of their children’s online activity.
By allowing your child to participate, you agree to:
• monitor your child’s account use
• review their submissions and posts
• ensure they follow community rules
• handle all communication on their behalf (for under 13)
• contact us immediately if you see anything concerning
We partner with parents to help keep the space safe, but parents remain the child’s guardian
online.
Children under age 13 are welcome to participate, but:
• they cannot create their own accounts
• they may only participate through a parent-managed account
• submissions must be sent via the parent’s login
• all emails go to the parent’s inbox
• no direct communication occurs with the child
This meets the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

Teens may join the community with parental consent.
We will:
• send important communications to both the teen and the parent
• protect them from private messaging (disabled everywhere)
• remove posts that are unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate
• allow parents to review or remove their teen’s data
Teens must honor parental wishes regarding participation.
We maintain a safe environment by:
• prohibiting all private messaging
• moderating posts manually
• enforcing family-friendly content rules
• removing inappropriate content quickly
• not displaying identifying information about minors publicly
• using parent emails for all communication
• complying with all applicable U.S. laws
• keeping creative submissions wholesome and age-appropriate We do our best, but no online space is perfect. Parents are encouraged to stay involved.
We collect only what is necessary, such as:
• child’s first name or nickname (pen names/anonymous submissions are allowed)
• age category (optional)
• writing submissions
• challenge participation details
We do not knowingly collect:
• addresses
• phone numbers
• financial information
• photographs of minors (unless parent submits them voluntarily)
Parents may request deletion of any child data at any time.
Parents may remove their child from participation or request deletion of any data by contacting us at any time through any website contact form. We will honor the request promptly.
This section explains how creative submissions are handled across all White Fields Press LLC websites and programs, including Celebrate Poetry and writing challenges. We aim to keep this process simple, respectful, transparent, and encouraging.
Your creative work belongs to YOU — always. Submitting work does not transfer ownership or copyright to us.
By submitting your writing, artwork, video, or audio, you grant us:

• publish your work one time in print
• publish your work digitally
• share your work on our websites, blogs, or social media
• create audio or video readings
• use your submission to help promote future challenges
• display your work inside the PWE Community
• include your work in slideshows or recap videos
This permission lasts indefinitely but does NOT give us ownership. You are free to use, republish, expand, or sell your work anywhere you like.
Participation is free.
Publication is free.
We do not pay royalties.
We do not charge submission fees.
Celebrate Poetry exists to encourage writers, not commercialize their work.
If your work is selected for Celebrate Poetry:
You will receive:
• 1 free author copy of the book (our guaranteed obligation)
• a free PDF copy
• the opportunity to buy discounted author copies
You may give away or sell your author copies freely.
It is your responsibility to maintain current contact information so we can deliver these goods.
By submitting, you confirm:
• the work is yours
• it does not violate copyright
• quotations (if included) are minimal and properly credited
We reserve the right to remove or decline submissions that infringe on rights.
We may decline or remove submissions that:
• contain inappropriate themes
• violate community guidelines
• are unsafe for children
• contain copyright violations
• conflict with the purpose of the community
We aim to give explanations kindly when needed.
You may request to withdraw your submission before the final book goes to print. After printing, we cannot remove it from published copies.
Our heart is to treat every customer with fairness, honesty, and kindness. We want you to feel cared for and respected when you purchase from White Fields Press LLC.

Refunds are available only if:

• delayed shipping from third-party printers
But we will always help resolve legitimate issues.
All digital products are final sale. Once downloaded, they cannot be returned.
If a paid membership tier becomes available in the future:
• refunds will be available within 7 days of purchase
• no refunds after 7 days unless there is a billing mistake
• cancellations will apply to future billing cycles only

Printful allows refunds only for:
